From Stone to Culture: MVC and the Municipality of Alcobaça Make Their Mark in the Assembly of the Republic

MVC – Portuguese Limestones participated, together with the Municipality of Alcobaça, on Municipalities Day, in a project aimed at showcasing the best of the economy and culture of the various municipalities across the country to the Assembly of the Republic.

In response to the municipality’s invitation, MVC presented, as a representative of limestone, a selection of small-scale products crafted from this natural resource. The exhibited pieces were the "Diamond", the "Lamp", and the "Coffee Cup", which symbolise, respectively, Vidraço Moleanos Azul, Vidraço Moleanos Beije, and Alpinina.

This exhibition is a source of great pride for the company, which celebrates the fact that the extraction sector is represented in one of the most emblematic buildings in Portugal.
